Why must John Kelley continue to be disingenuous?

The CCPPC is hosting a fundraiser for KCCT-Air America Radio. The goal is to post three billboards around town which will cost $1000 each. Contact Joy for tickets. Barbeque will be available Friday September 15 from 11 AM to 1 PM."


There is no way to sell $3000 worth of Bar-B-Que plates in 2 hours.

First of all it is not feasible because at $5 - $8 per plate SPTX will need to sell 500 - 600 plates. With the listening and reading audience combined I dont believe you guys can round up enough for even one billboard.

This is another attempt to bolster your presence with fluff. Like stuffing a bra. The paper did not pay for itself with ads bought from legitimate advertisers. Buck Finley shelled out the cash and certain businesses were advertised so as to appear like you guys are making it. After the election will the paper pay for itself?

We all know the billboards are already funded and not from legitimate listeners buying Barbeque plates. Why must John Kelley continue to be disingenuous? Do you really think South Texas is that blind? When those nice little ladies catch on to the prevarication, yousa gonna be in a heap of trouble Comrade.

I hope everyone understands the facade?
